Provides assistance to Aboriginal non-profit organizations and co-op groups who own and operate rental housing project for Aboriginal people in urban areas. Beneficiaries of the program include households who would have to pay 30% or more of their household income for suitable and adequate rental accommodation. Full operating subsidy is provided to project to cover operating loss.
