Immigration Services Provided by our Offices in the United States

Not all of the Canadian Consulates General in the United States perform immigration services and those that do may have differing hours of operation, application processing times and requirements. Review the information below to determine which office in the United States can best serve your needs.

APPLICATIONS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE:

It is important to note that FULL IMMIGRATION SERVICES are only available from The Canadian Consulate General in BUFFALO, NY.

Those applying for permanent residence in Canada who want their applications processed at a Visa Office in the United States must submit their applications to the Canadian Consulate General in Buffalo. If an INTERVIEW is necessary, the interview may be conducted at any of the Canadian Visa Offices listed below:

APPLICATIONS FOR BUSINESS CLASS IMMIGRATION:

Persons wishing to apply as Business Class Immigrants must submit their applications to the Business Immigration Centre located at THE CANADIAN CONSULATE GENERAL IN BUFFALO, NY. If an INTERVIEW is necessary, it may be conducted at any of the following Canadian Visa Offices:

APPLICATIONS FOR NON-IMMIGRANT VISAS:

Persons wishing to obtain a Non-Immigrant Visa to enter Canada, including VISITOR VISAS, STUDENT AUTHORIZATIONS, EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATIONS, AND RETURNING RESIDENT PERMITS can submit their applications to one of the following Canadian Visa Offices:
