Debt Strategy Consultations 2007/08
Views Sought on Issues Relating to the Government Domestic Borrowing Program
Notice—Monday, 4 December 2006, 10:30 (Eastern Time)
A consultation document relating to the preparation of debt strategy for the fiscal year 2007/08, prepared jointly by the Department of Finance and the Bank of Canada, is being made public today.
The Department of Finance and the Bank of Canada are seeking views on conditions and developments in the Government of Canada securities market. Market participants' views are also requested on certain operational aspects of the Government of Canada domestic debt programs.
Comments on the Debt Strategy 2007/08 Consultation Document can be emailed before 5 January 2007 to: consultations@bankofcanada.ca.
