AECL is organized around three key business groupings:

• Reactor Sales and Services, which helps our customers meet their power production and plant maintenance needs with our advanced technology and sound quality management principles;
   
• Reactor Safety and Research, which is charged with maintaining and enhancing our nuclear knowledge and technology base and the infrastructure of our cutting-edge nuclear laboratories;
   
• Environmental Management, which is responsible for waste management activities.
