Where Are We?
Just a few minutes from Parliament Hill, you can find the Currency Museum inside the Bank of Canada building which takes up the entire block between Kent and Bank, and Wellington and Sparks. Make your way to the Bank of Canada’s Garden Court where you’ll find the entrance to our fascinating Museum.

Please note that the Currency Museum does not offer any parking. However, there are many parking options in the downtown core.

OUR HOURS

Summer Hours
From May 1st to Labour Day
Monday to Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Winter Hours
After Labour Day to April 30th
Tuesday to Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Note that the Museum is closed on Mondays during Winter. We are also closed on January 1st, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and we close at noon on December 24th.
