As all cadet corps know, Remembrance Day is an important time of year. It is the public's one opportunity to come together to listen to stories, participate, and actively show that they remember. Many cadet corps across the country work closely with the various branches of the Royal Canadian Legion to ensure that they do their part. For a rural corps in Nova Scotia, with a Commanding Officer that believes that Remembrance Day, for cadets is one of the most important days of the year, this is no small feat. Cadets from RCSCC #39 NEPTUNE, in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia not only participate in their local community Remembrance Day ceremony, they take it much further.
