Barclays Global Investors

Since opening their Canadian office in 1992, Barclays Global Investors has grown to be one of Canada's largest investment managers, with more than $66billion in assets under management on behalf of Canadian pension plans, retail investors and foundations and endowments. With global assets in excess of $1.8 trillion, Barclays Global Investors has evolved to be one of the world's premier providers of structured investment solutions in equity, fixed income and currency markets worldwide. Barclays Global Investors' investment process is driven by quantitative research and the application of science and technology in all its strategies. Barclays Global Investors Canada is a majority-owned subsidiary of Barclays Bank PLC.


Bridgewater

Bridgewater currently manages $150 billion in global investments for a wide array of institutional clients, including foreign governments and central banks, corporate and public pension funds, university endowments and charitable foundations. Bridgewater has 300 employees, with nearly half that number engaged in research and trading. The company is based in Westport, Connecticut.


CBRE Global Real Estate Securities, LLC

CBRE Global Real Estate Securities, LLC (CBRE GRES) is the real estate securities investment management initiative of CB Richard Ellis Investors, LLC, a global real estate investment management firm with over US$21 billion in assets under management. CB Richard Ellis Investors is an independently operated affiliate of CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBG). Including partners and affiliates, CB Richard Ellis has more than 19,500 employees in over 356 offices in more than 58 countries. CBRE GRES is fully focused on managing listed global real estate securities portfolios on behalf of institutional clients, and currently has approximately US$500 million of assets under management.


Connor, Clark & Lunn 

Vancouver-based Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management (CCL) was established in 1982 and has grown to be one of the largest privately owned money management firms in Canada. The firm is dedicated to managing investment portfolios for pension fund sponsors, capital accumulation plans, corporations, not-for-profit organizations, mutual funds and individual investors. CCL combines its own Canadian and US equity capabilities with the international equity expertise of Arrowstreet Capital L.P., of Cambridge, M.A. Connor, Clark & Lunn has a long-standing relationship with Arrowstreet Capital through their shared investment in Connor, Clark & Lunn Arrowstreet Capital.


Enterprise Capital

The CPP Investment Board committed $75 million to the Enterprise Capital Fund LP II in November 2002. The $200-million fund concentrates on a position-of-influence strategy with a focus on public companies operating in Canada. The position of influence strategy tries to enhance undervalued companies by becoming involved in governance issues such as the composition of the board, changes to management and evaluating company strategy.


Goldman Sachs 

Goldman Sachs Asset Management is the asset management arm of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS), which manages US$549.4 billion as of June 30, 2006. Goldman Sachs Asset Management has been providing discretionary investment advisory services since 1989 and has investment professionals in all major financial centers around the world. The company offers investment strategies across a broad range of asset classes to institutional and individual clients globally. Founded in 1869, Goldman Sachs is a leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm.


ING Real Estate

ING Clarion Real Estate Securities (ING CRES) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ING Group, and has been registered as an Investment Advisor with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since October 1969. Its predecessors have been managing investments in real estate securities since 1981 and on behalf of tax-exempt institutional investors since 1984 and offers a wide range of real estate securities mandates including domestic, global, international and alternative portfolios. ING CRES is one of the largest managers of global real estate securities in the world. As of 6/30/06 the firm manages $14.1 billion in assets, including $11.8 billion in portfolios of global real estate securities.

ING CRES is the real estate equity management arm of ING Real Estate. ING Real Estate is a global organization with offices around the world engaging in real estate investment management, development and finance.


 UBS

UBS Global Asset Management is a business group of UBS, one of the world's leading financial firms, which also includes the world's leading wealth manager and a premier investment banking and securities firm. They provide investment products and services for private clients, financial intermediaries and institutional investors around the globe. With some 2,600 employees, of which around 520 are investment professionals, located in more than 20 countries, UBS Global Asset Management is a truly global business. Their main offices are in Chicago, London, New York, Tokyo and Zurich. As at 30 June 2006 invested assets totaled US$630 billion, making UBS one of the largest global institutional asset managers.
