Fatality Reports Database
Contains information about
the circumstances surrounding occupationally related fatalities. Data are taken from reports on inquests and
inquiries into occupationally related fatalities across Canada. These reports may be from Coroners, Medical
Examiners, Government Ministries, or any other body responsible for inquiry into occupational fatalities. (See Directory of Chief Coroners.) Records are primarily in English.
