Sea Cadets SailingWelcome to the online home of Sea Cadets in British Columbia. If you would like to find out more about this incredible, FREE program, you have come to the right place. There are approximately 1400 Sea Cadets in 30 communities across BC having a lot of fun while enjoying the benefits of making new friends and being a part of a great team.
 
YAG sailSea Cadets in British Columbia attend weekly and some weekend training at their local corps. They also have the opportunity to participate in optional activities such as at sea training, competitions, international and inter-provincial exchanges, summer training and summer employment.
 
Sea Cadets in VictoriaSea cadets can earn high school credits and apply for education scholarships and grants. They learn how to sail, all about seamanship and the customs and traditions of the Canadian Navy, and take part in outdoor adventure training.

Sea Cadet BandSea Cadets also have the opportunity to participate in optional training such as First Aid Band, Drill, Marksmanship, Biathlon and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Program.
