CCOHS Document Delivery Express Service
Copies of documents can be ordered, for a fee, through the CCOHS Document Delivery Express Service once you have the following information:
CIS Record Number
CIS Accession Number (if applies)
NIOSHTIC Control Number (if available)
- Paper Copies
- $5.00 minimum charge up to 20 pages and 25¢ per page over 20 pages
- duplicate microfiche (non-NTIS): $10.00 per document
- Loan of books or videos $10.00 per item (for one-month loan)
Note: Each document is calculated separately for billing purposes.

Urgent Requests -- Limit of 3 documents.
This service will guarantee that orders received before noon (Eastern Time) on any working day will be filled by FAX the same day. Orders submitted after noon will be FAXed to you by noon the following day. For those without access to FAX services, you will be notified within the guaranteed deadline that your documents are ready for pick-up or courier delivery. The fee for this service is $1.00 per faxed page, in addition to regular document charges. Courier services are supplied with a courier account number.
Note: Individuals must pay by credit card. Institutions may either be invoiced or pay with credit card.

NIOSHTIC-2 Document Availability
The full text of documents contained in the NIOSHTIC-2 database are generally not available from NIOSH. However, you should be able to obtain these articles through the following sources:
- Journal Articles and Symposium Proceedings can be found in scientific, university, medical, or major public libraries; or your librarian can obtain them through an interlibrary loan. Proceedings can usually be purchased from the sponsoring organization.
- Technical Reports/Monographs published by private companies and/or research corporations can be obtained directly from those organizations.
- NIOSH Publications or Reports are available from either NIOSH, the Government Printing Office (GPO), or the National Technical Information Service (NTIS).
