The CCC's Board of Directors is responsible for the affairs of the Corporation
and is critical in ensuring the proper delivery of public policy on behalf
of the Government of Canada. The Board gives leadership and direction
to the Corporation; provides informed, insightful and timely advice;
and analyzes and sets the Corporation's corporate and strategic direction.
It is composed of a chairperson, a president and directors appointed
by the Governor-in-Council to oversee CCC's business activities and management.
