Small Business Week^Ž: an event that recognizes the important contribution small businesses make to the Canadian economy. Every year, hundreds of activities are held during a week of October providing training and development opportunities for entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs, enabling them to meet other business people and to share ideas.

Young Entrepreneur Awards: a celebration of the achievements of outstanding young Canadian entrepreneurs. This ceremony is held during October's Small Business Week^Ž.

E-Spirit Aboriginal Youth Business Plan: an initiative for Aboriginal youth in Grades 10-12 to learn about business development and planning using the Internet.
