Complaint handling process
The Bank strives to achieve customer satisfaction in every instance but if you are dissatisfied with a decision or service, your complaint will be handled promptly.

Independent mediation process
The help of an independent mediator may be a viable alternative in cases where an adverse change in risk requires us to call a loan. Consulting clients may also choose this option in some circumstances.

Office of the Ombudsperson
The BDC Ombudsperson monitors the application of the Charter of Client Rights and coordinates the Independent Mediation Process. The Ombudsperson's work is customer driven and crosses all levels of management at BDC.
