The HEP Implementation Team currently comprises seven HEP Coordinators from across the country.
The HEP Coordinators' priority has been to develop a provincial or territorial wide drug strategy through the use of a multi-sectoral approach. Provinces/territories are achieving this by developing or enhancing a Health Education Enforcement Partnership, or by consulting multi-sectoral networks that are already in existence.
The drug strategy efforts are in various stages of completion.
