What to expect
Your CCC project manager ensure the auditability of all activities, using
the Corporation’s contract-management software to capture all contract
obligations.
CCC will provide you with contract monitoring services, including performance
monitoring and compliance monitoring, with terms and conditions to ensure
timely and accurate invoicing to your customer.
Based on the terms of payment, CCC will invoice your customer on your
behalf and track receipt of payment. In the case of a late or non-payment
CCC will provide collection services for the outstanding amount. We will
also act a third party in payment disagreement between all parties, if
required.
CCC can also provide accounts receivable services including receiving
proof of shipment or acceptance, receiving payment, and issuing payment
to you. Should you require receivables discounting on your outstanding
receivables, CCC can offer you this service at competitive rates as well
as a foreign exchange service to minimize your foreign exchange risk.
What we need from you
We will need a copy of the contract with the terms of payment.
You’ll need to submit an application form with an administrative
fee of $500 plus GST to open your file.
This service is offered for a variable fee based on a percentage of the
contract value. A service agreement will be put in place defining the
scope of work and estimated cost of delivery.
