A request for assistance may be made by any eligible applicant in the
form of a duly completed and signed application
form of the CBGF. It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide
all the necessary information for a complete assessment of the project by
CBGF in accordance with any guidelines or policies that may be set by the
CBGF.
An application will typically include, but is not limited to, the
following standard information:
- Client information (financial and non-financial profile);
- Project description;
- Estimates of the project cost and financing;
- Project flow information (implementation etc.);
- Economic impact assessment;
- Marketing; and
- Management.
Each applicant will be notified upon registration of their application of
the assigned project number and officer for assessment. The CBGF Board of
Directors makes all project funding decisions. Approved projects result in
an offer of project financing by the CBGF with project specific terms and
conditions and will constitute a contract for financial assistance upon
unconditional acceptance of the client.
