Jean-Philippe Perrier holds a Ph.D. in agri-food economics from the Université de Montpellier (France). His areas of interest include technical and economic management and farm business financial management. In the past few years, his research has focused primarily on the financial and organizational aspects of farm businesses (farm transfers and business start-ups).
