Maurice Doyon

Maurice completed a Ph.D. in applied economics at Cornell University (New York) with a specialization in dairy policies and strategic marketing. His research focuses on agricultural policy analysis, the impact of adjusting the bio-food system’s market structure, the behaviour of economic agents and experimental economics.
