Raymond Levallois’ research work and teaching experience are in the areas of economic and financial management for agriculture and technical and economic management for the dairy sector.

His most recent work focuses on the advantages and limitations of dairy and hog operation expansion, dairy farm debt, updates to the leading farm business management principles, the application of strategic management concepts to farm business management and the study of capitalization (overcapitalization) in the dairy, hog and field crop sectors in Quebec.
