As a facilitator and coach for the SuccessCare Program, a nationally recognized succession planning service and a partner in Robinson & Company LLP Chartered Accountants, Scott helps farm families ensure they have a choice around how and when they transition their farm business. He uses operation analysis, business planning, business management, growth planning, tax-reduction strategies and personal financial planning in the transition of farm leadership and ownership.

Scott speaks to industry associations, financial organizations and the media on issues affecting farm and family businesses. He is a director with the Canadian Association of Farm Advisors.
