The Offer# represents one or more producers who wish to trade from one delivery period to another for a specific grade and protein. Please quote the Offer # when contacting the CWB Business Centre for the list of producer names and phone numbers. Producers that signed a DEC for one grade and protein that is now grading a different grade and protein should look for producers in the opposite position to trade with. For example, a producer who has 20 tonnes of 2 CWRS 13.5 and higher in Period 1 which is now grading 3 CWRS would trade with a producer who had 20 tonnes of 3 CWRS in Period 1 which is now grading 2 CWRS 13.5 and higher.
*Period 1 = August 1-October 31
Period 2 = November 1-January 31
Period 3 = February 1-April 30
Period 4 = May 1-July 31
