Mike grew up on a tobacco farm and has been serving the agriculture community as a chartered accountant for more than 25 years. As president of the Michael Bossy Group Professional Corporation, Mike works with a team of 38 to provide accounting, auditing and taxation services to business and agriculture. He advises in succession planning, business and farm purchases, trust and estate planning, with particular expertise in dairy, ginseng, broiler and tobacco farming.

He is a speaker for the Canadian Total Excellence in Agricultural Management (C-Team) Course and is past president of the Tillsonburg District Chamber of Commerce. Mike is also the founder of the Tillsonburg Youth Basketball Association and Basketball Tillsonburg.
