EDS Helps Austrian Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour Deliver More Services

Until recently, the Ministry’s internal and external communications efforts were hampered by an inflexible, costly legacy system. In an effort to provide more responsive, citizen-centric services, the BMWA worked with EDS to improve the efficiency of the Ministry’s public Web portal and e-mail messaging system.
