- PERMANENT (TM) stamp

Canada Post introduces new stamp with lasting appeal!

On November 16, 2006, Canada Post has introduced a new stamp - the PERMANENT (TM) stamp

The PERMANENT stamp is accepted at the current basic domestic letter rate, forever!

This exciting product will make doing business with Canada Post easier because the PERMANENT stamp eliminates the need to purchase 1 cent stamps. It's always worth the going rate, even after a rate change.

These non-denominated stamps are available in booklets of Queen and Flag as well as coils of Flower and can be used to mail a letter anywhere in Canada up to 30 grams or combined with other postage to mail oversized letters, parcels and international mail. Purchase them online now!

As an added convenience, Canada Post will continue to honour 51 cent stamps on letters up to 30g mailed in Canada throughout 2007.

The PERMANENT stamp will replace next year's 52 cent domestic definitive stamps. For more information, please see our News Release or consult our Postal Guide
