SCHEDULE A: Service Description and Pricing Schedule
Service Description:
PosteCS is a Web-based secure document delivery service where the rates described below include (but are not limited to):
- Real-time tracking
- Electronic Postmark™ (The official date and time stamp and to prove non-tampering of documents)
- 128-bit transmission encryption (This requires an SSL enabled browser)
- 1024-bit server level encryption
- Password protection
- Unlimited file size attachments
- Up to 10-day storage on the secure PosteCS server
Pricing Schedule:
One delivery is defined as a message with all its attachments successfully sent to one email address.
30-Day Free Trial - New customers may use the PosteCS service at no charge for 30 days* (One free trial per business). Billing and the contract year will then commence.

Additional Storage Fees: Surcharge of $0.50 per day per delivery when storage exceeds the standard 10-day period.
Other: For example: Hosting Services, On-Site maintenance Fees, etc. Charges based on requirements as defined in an approved Statement of Work (SOW).
Customized Development Fees: An approved Statement of Work (SOW) is required for all customized application development services. A rate of $125.00 per hour applies.
Billing/Invoicing Details:
- For Volume Rate: By the end of the contracted year, if customers do not meet the minimum 1,000 deliveries, Canada Post will be entitled to bill for this minimum committed volume ($1,000.00).
- In addition to minimum volume requirements, at the end of the contracted year if customer's usage is less than the committed delivery level agreed to, Canada Post will be entitled to send an adjustment bill. The amount billed will be the actual deliveries multiplied by the Unit rate for the Level actually achieved, less amounts already billed.
- Canada Post reserves the right to review the volume actually achieved and to adjust the committed delivery level and Unit rate to reflect projected usage.
- Customers will be billed, in Canadian dollars, for the actual usage at the end of each calendar month.
- All charges are subject to tax as applicable.
- Canada Post reserves the right to change prices and terms with 30 (thirty) days written notice.
* Up to 100 deliveries. If exceeds the amount within the 30-day trial period, will start billing at applicable rate.
