The National Change of Address (NCOA) Service is the most accurate and up-to-date mover information available in Canada. Each year approximately 1.2 million households file a Change of Address Notification (COAN) form with Canada Post when they move. This information is captured electronically and made available, for those customers who have provided their consent, to licensees of Canada Post’s National Change of Address Data.
The National Change of Address (NCOA) Service is intended for small and large businesses alike who want to keep their mailing lists accurate and up-to-date thereby ensuring that they can keep in touch with their customers even after they have moved.
Licensees may only use the NCOA data for mailing purposes.

There are two ways you can gain access to our NCOA database.
The first is through one of the excellent Mail Service Suppliers who offer address list updating to their customers on a fee-for-service basis.
The second option is to become an NCOA licensee. The cost to become a licensee is $5,500 for a twelve-month period and includes monthly updates.
