Clary Ottman is Vice President, Finance & Comptroller. Clary is responsible for all facets of financial decision making, comptrollership, financial performance measurement and reporting in the company.

Prior to his appointment as Vice President, Clary was the GM, Comptroller where he laid the foundation for introduction, documentation and measurement of an internal control framework in CPC. Previous positions have included a wide range of roles and experiences both within and outside of Finance including: GM, Operations Finance; Director, Corporate Quality; Director Production Control Management and Director Corporate Audit. It was in the role Director Corporate Quality that Clary implemented and operationlized Business Assessment and Process Management in CPC, both of which have become key components of CPC's change to a process based organization.

Clary's 30+ years of business experience, both within Canada Post and other firms, spans responsibilities for, and accomplishments in, the fields of : Process Management; Business Excellence and Total Quality Management; Financial Stewardship; Comptrollership; Taxation; Internal and External Audit; Re-engineering; Treasury; Finance; Leadership and Change Management.

He is married and has two daughters.
