Mary Traversy, Senior Vice-President, Employee Engagement, joined Canada Post in 1984 as a Job Evaluation Officer. She moved on to progressively responsible positions including Officer, Labour Relations, Manager, Labour Relations, Director, Plant Operations (Toronto BMF), Director, Mail Operations (Ottawa), General Manager, Mail Operations (Prairie), General Manager, Labour Relations, Vice-President, Human Resources and Vice-President, Operations Transformation.

Ms. Traversy graduated from Carleton University with an Honours degree in Public Administration. She is married and has four children.
