All Generic Postal Indicias are now readily available to our customers.

Canada Post being subject to the Official Languages Act, Postal Indicias must be bilingual. For all mailings with a return address within the province of Québec, the main information contained within the body of the indicia must be French first. In all other provinces, English must be first.

For printing requirements of postal indicias, click here (PDF). The postal indicia artwork should be downloaded and provided to a professional printer.

The artwork provided for download is in EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) format for use with a commercial graphics package such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc.

Important: If you are using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, you may experience difficulties in downloading the postal indicia artwork. The extension may show as ".ps" instead of ".eps". To ensure the downloaded file opens correctly, rename it to include the extension ".eps".
