Canada Post requires mail preparation and presortation in order for a customer to access certain services or to receive specific discount pricing options.

The Mail Preparation and Presortation Guides have been developed to provide customers with a thorough understanding of Canada Post's mail preparation and presortation requirements for the following services and options:
