Menus

The menus created at Rideau Hall and La Citadelle are a celebration of Canadian food and culture. We reflect each region of Canada in every menu.

We want our guests to feel at home. We do this by adapting our menus to reflect the theme of an event or the composition of a guest list. If we are honouring people for lifetime achievement, we design a menu that highlights products from their part of the country as a kind of culinary tribute to their efforts. If we are hosting an event for youth, we design our menu to highlight the kind of food that youth enjoy and make it fun, funky and of course, delicious.

We want our menus to be memorable and to celebrate the diversity of our country in a culinary way. We hope you will enjoy reading about them as much as we enjoyed creating them.
