Governor General and Mr. Lafond to Receive the Crown Prince of BelgiumNovember 7, 2006 OTTAWA—Their Excellencies the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General of Canada, and Mr. Jean-Daniel Lafond will receive His Royal Highness Prince Philippe of Belgium during his working visit to Canada. The Crown Prince will be at Rideau Hall on Wednesday, November 8, 2006. Their Excellencies will receive His Royal Highness for a meeting and luncheon at the Governor General’s residence. There will be a photo opportunity for the media at the beginning of the meeting.
