With the establishment of Canadian Special Operations Forces Command, the Canadian Forces now has an enhanced and expanded special operations capability to provide the Chief of Defence Staff and operational commanders agile, high-readiness Special Operations Forces capable of operating across the spectrum of conflict at home and abroad.
