• | Oversize: envelopes, wrapped items (paper and transparent) |

Ensure that envelopes, self-mailers, and cards meet the aspect ratio requirements of:
Ensure that all items are rectangular.
1.3 Delivery Mode Code (DMC)
Ensure a current delivery mode code is included on Presort mailings.
The DMC should be:
• | Not less that 2 mm in height. |
• | On a line without delivery address information (e.g. the line containing the name of the destination company). |
• | Placed three to four blank spaces to the right of the longest non-addressing line. |
• | Example of a delivery mode code: H 12 (M) |
1.4 All Other Requirements
Both Presort Mail and Machineable Mail must meet the same requirements described in this manual.
