Governor General's Caring Canadian Award Ceremony

A special ceremony was held at Rideau Hall on Monday, April 24, 2006, during National Volunteer Week, to mark the first 10 years of the Governor General’s Caring Canadian Award.

At the Perley and Rideau Veterans’ Health Centre, everyone looks forward to Maurice Bilodeau’s heartwarming visits. His relationships with others are always filled with great compassion, sincere and heartfelt kindness, and tremendous respect.
