Caring Canadian Awards

Her Excellency the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, Governor General of Canada addresses the recipients of the Caring Canadian Award ceremony that took place at the official residence of the Governor General, La Citadelle, in Quebec City, on March 2, 2005. Caring Canadian Awards are presented to volunteers who have provided extraordinary help and compassion to the people in their communities for an extended period of time.
