2004 National Poppy Campaign

Governor General Clarkson chats with a group of veterans during a ceremony to receive the symbolic first poppy of the 2004 Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Campaign. The event took place at the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre in Ottawa on October 20, 2004. While at the centre, the Governor General also toured parts of the residential areas.
