Order of Canada Investiture

Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General of Canada, presided at the first investiture ceremony of the Order of Canada of her mandate at Rideau Hall on Friday, November 18, 2005. Raymond P. LeBlanc, C.M. Halifax, Nova Scotia Member of the Order of Canada Raymond LeBlanc is highly respected for his innovative approaches to eye care. Moreover, his voluntarism has benefited organizations such as the Canadian Glaucoma Society and the Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
