  2. How do I know which service option is best for my company: Premium Incentive. Per Item Incentive or Standard Incentive?

It depends on the type of Items you are mailing and the speed at which you require delivery. All International Incentive Letter-post items can be shipped via "International Premium Incentive" or "International Per Item Incentive", which provides a first-class air mail service. The "International Premium Incentive" and the "International Per Item Incentive" services are used for the movement of communications that are partially handwritten or typewritten, along with receipts, invoices or similar financial statements relating to a specified sum of money.

Note: Customers can access either International Premium Incentive or International Per Item Incentive, but not both services. Choose the service that best accommodates your billing requirements.

The "International Standard Incentive" service is ideal where economy, rather than delivery speed is a priority. It's designed to accommodate the movement of non-personalized printed matter such as newspaper manuscripts, magazines, catalogues newspapers, product information or other types of identical and non-personalized printed matter.
