The Artistic Director provides all aspects of artistic leadership for the NAC English Theatre. He is responsible for programming the English Theatre season, including a main stage series, a studio series and a family theatre series.
The Managing Director is responsible for the financial and general management of the English Theatre department's activities, including contract negotiations, budgets, planning and other aspects of administration.
The Company Manger looks after the needs of guest actors, directors and designers. Her duties include making travel arrangements, securing accommodation, and coordinating payroll. She is also responsible for special events involving artists, such as Thursday Talkbacks, Shop Talk, and our International Reading Series.
The Administrative Assistant provides secretarial support to the Artistic Director and Administrator

The Artistic Associate and Literary Manager assists the Artistic Director with season planning and oversees NAC programmes designed to foster new Canadian plays. Her responsibilities include reading scripts, liaising with other theatre companies, advising on programming, meeting with playwrights, and acting as the Artistic Coordinator of our theatre new works festival On the Verge.
The Outreach Coordinator works with various communities (educational, professional, and the community at large) to offer educational programmes extending the resources of National Arts Centre English Theatre through workshops, readings, speaking engagements, backstage tours and consultations.

The Coordinator of Youth Programming handles bookings for student audiences (matinees and workshops). She also books reservations for groups at a special discounted rate of 50% off regular ticket prices.
Publicity and Media Relations Coordinator

The Publicity and Media Relations Coordinator writes and distributes media releases, public service announcements and house programmes for upcoming English Theatre productions and events. She acts as our liason with print and electronic media across the country, and is the editor for Stages, the English Theatre subscriber newsletter.
The Marketing Officer develops and executes marketing plans for our subscription season and single ticket campaigns.

The Artistic Associate, Childrens' Programming makes recommendations to the Artistic Director on family and school programming content for ages 5 through 12.
Production Director
