MWO Rose is the Senior Warrant Officer for the Helicopter Operational Test & Evaluation Facility (HOTEF) in Shearwater Nova Scotia. The Altair is a medium-altitude, long-endurance Uninhabited Aerial Vehicle (UAV) being operated from the Ground Control Station (GCS) in 5 Wing Goose Bay. The aircraft will conduct Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) activities over Baffin Island and Atlantic Canada.
