OTTAWA -- The National Arts Centre underlines a deep commitment to customer service with new, improved services for subscribers. Loyal subscribers are the vital lifeblood of any performing arts organization, and the NAC is implementing a number of changes to keep our subscribers coming back year after year.

• Beginning with the 2006-2007 season, all subscribers will be able to exchange their tickets (for ANY other NAC performance) with no fee whatsoever.
• Subscription prices for balcony seats in Southam Hall are being reduced about 30% for the NACO Signature, Bravo, and Ovation series, reducing per-concert prices to as low as $16.50.
• A new, more user-friendly Subscription Office opens officially on February 14, 2006. The new easy-access office is adjacent to the Box Office in the main foyer, and allows subscribers to sit and discuss their requirements in a cheerful, comfortable atmosphere. New extended hours for the Subscription Office are Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 21:00, with slightly reduced hours in the summer.

The new Subscription Office was ready in time for the launch of the 2006-2007 National Arts Centre Orchestra season on February 6, and has seen significant activity every day since then. Within the next few months, the English Theatre, French Theatre, and Dance departments will launch their new seasons, ensuring a constant flow of visitors to the Subscription Office.
