Family Housing

As of 1 April, 1997, the Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) assumed responsibility for the management and maintenance of all Married Quarters (MQs). There are 698 homes on the base. The current inventory consists of single houses, duplexes and row housing units, from two to four bedrooms, all with full basements in a variety of sizes. A limited number of units also have a garage.

Charges for Family Housing vary with size and condition of the home. Housing charges are adjusted on an annual basis. Occupants are billed directly by the companies providing gas, electricity and cable TV. Water and sewage are provided through the base and charges are included in the monthly Housing charge.

CFHA is accountable for all aspects of the management of the housing and are responsive to the needs of Family Housing occupants. They look forward to assisting you in whatever way they can.

Married Quarter's Mail
Family Housing on the south side of the base rely on the Astra Post Office for receipt of mail through a General Delivery service or lock box service.

Family Housing on the north side, also known as Middleton Park, have letter-carrier service provided by the Trenton Post Office.

Mail for residents of Middleton Park should be addressed as follows:
