15 Wing Aircraft

Under the NATO Flying Training in Canada (NFTC) program, the CT-155 Hawk and CT-156 Harvard II are used in conducting student pilot training at 15 Wing. These modern trainers replaced the CT-114 Tutor an aircraft that has left its mark as an excellent, reliable trainer, upon which thousands of pilots earned their wings since the 1960s.

Although no longer used to train pilots, the Tutor is flown out of 15 Wing by the Canadian Forces Snowbirds air demonstration team.
