Through the dedication of our Staff and the combined efforts of many stakeholders in "partnership through recreation", we are able to offer the Community an unparalleled level of service and value at every venue and event.

Whether you are new to 4 Wing or rediscovering the area, you will be amazed at the growth and sophistication of services and infrastructure. The Colonel J.J. Parr Sports Centre is phenomenal; the Staff offer some of the highest quality and diverse programming to be found anywhere. Our newly opened Northern Spirit Leisure Centre also boast unsurpassed customer service and offers 4 season recreational opportunities in a breathtaking natural setting. The Courier Newspaper continues to be our voice to the military families and surrounding community. This weekly communiqué serves as a means to educate the Community on various military focused topics, quality of life issues and promote esprit de corps, thus improving relationships between various entities within our Community as a whole. The Cold Lake Air Force Museum (CLAFM) serves as a vehicle to educate the community of our heritage and honour the achievements of the past while providing a springboard to the future and provides enjoyment to all military history enthusiasts.
