If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days and we will gladly replace it. If the product is sold out, you will receive a full refund.
Returning an item
Four easy steps:
1. Ensure the product is in its original packaging (single coins and coin sets must be returned in their original display cases and outer protective boxes, along with their respective Certificates of Authenticity).
2. Include your packing slip or a short note indicating your name, customer number, complete mailing address and the order number.
3. Indicate if you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
4. Send back by regular mail to:

If you are returning a defective product, please include a copy of the postage receipt and we will refund your return parcel post costs at the regular mail rate, up to a maximum of $12.99 CDN.
Please note that the Royal Canadian Mint is not responsible for returned parcels lost in the mail.
