Policies & Legislation
The Ministry’s policies and legislation fall under the Policy and Corporate Services Division. This division supports other initiatives such as barrier- free transportation, climate change initiatives, and border crossing issues. It also provides legislative planning support by developing new and managing existing legislation and regulations, processing Orders-in-Council, Ministerial Orders and other legislative documents.
