except Quebec. It makes 18 recommendations to improve the federal Canadian
Environmental Assessment Act. This Provincial and Territorial Input
was submitted to the federal government as part of the five-year review
of the Act. A series of .pdf files are accessible below for the different
portions of the report. (Note: Document appendix at this website
includes case studies only from Alberta. Case studies from other provinces/territories
are available through those jurisdictions.)
