A STUDY OF PREMIUM STABILITY IN COMPULSORY AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE - In 1991 the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs asked the Alberta Automobile Insurance Board to conduct a study on the stability of premiums for compulsory automobile insurance. The Study was released in September 1991 and contains two volumes. The Minister then asked Patricia Black, MLA to seek public response to the recommendations outlined in the Study. Note: blank pages have been removed from these documents and page numbers may not be in order.
