There are two age verification workshops this week put on by Zone 9 of Alberta Beef Producers—tonight at the NAIT Campus in Peace River and tomorrow night at the Northern Lakes College. Workshops run from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., and producers will have access to computer labs. Also tomorrow, it’s the final regional information session for farmers’ market managers and venders. It’s taking place at the Okotoks Public Library at 1 p.m. Call Melisa at 780-427-6403 for more information.
And the Alberta Farm Fresh Producers Association is holding at one-day workshop and its annual meeting on Thursday in Nisku. Call 1-800-661-2642.
